My stay at Z Ocean Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach, and I enjoyed the spacious and well-furnished suite that came with exciting features like a private jacuzzi. However, the service left a lot to be desired, as it felt inconsistent and lacking attention, especially at the pool area and with the housekeeping staff.
